Board approved unaudited Q2/H1 FY26 results. Consol revenue from ops Rs 4,296 crore (up about 20% YoY), consol PAT Rs 91 crore. Also cleared early redemption of 50,000 NCDs worth Rs 500 crore, purchase of BBL CCDs from Edelweiss for Rs 300 crore (raises BBL stake by about 65 bps), and issuance of commercial papers up to Rs 550 crore. Limited review report is unqualified.
Revenue growth and active debt restructuring via QIP proceeds show deleveraging focus. Higher BBL stake consolidates biologics subsidiary.
