BIRET Q1 FY27 results: Rs 5.60 per unit distribution declared

Brookfield India REIT board approved Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026) unaudited standalone and consolidated results. Standalone PAT came in at Rs 1,865.85 million versus Rs 1,840.84 million YoY. Total income stood at Rs 2,499.69 million. Distribution declared at Rs 5.60 per unit, totalling Rs 4,647.33 million, split as Rs 1.65 interest, Rs 2.67 SPV debt repayment, Rs 0.93 dividend and Rs 0.35 other. Record date is August 13, 2026, payment on or before August 20, 2026.
