On the reaction day the stock moved 2.4 pts more than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 1.4 pts more than its Computers - Software & Consulting peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q2 FY27 revenue was $148.3 million (INR1,416.2 crore), up 2.1% from Q1 in dollar terms. EBITDA margin was 15.2% and profit after tax INR159.6 crore. Collections were $164 million; collection days improved to 51. Q2 deal signings rose 9% year on year to $116.1 million; H1 signings reached $285 million, up 15%. An INR3 per share dividend was recommended. Management expects H2 to beat H1, but bookings were below plan and Q3 is seasonally soft.
Revenue growth and the dividend support the stock, but soft bookings and reliance on renewals leave growth uncertain and could cap share price gains.
