Q2 consolidated revenue rose 55.7% year on year to Rs 235.33 crore, while profit after tax rose 41.8% to Rs 41.40 crore. Half-year revenue was Rs 439.50 crore, profit after tax was Rs 83.56 crore and operating cash flow was Rs 134.02 crore. Margins narrowed as other expenses rose sharply. The Board approved a Rs 40 crore subsidiary guarantee, 34,399 employee options and transfer of the Loads business.
Growth and operating cash flow are positive, but margins narrowed. The subsidiary guarantee adds risk, while 34,399 options may raise share count.
