The board approved unaudited results for September 2025. Consolidated revenue rose 12.3 percent year on year to Rs 244.40 crore in the quarter, while net profit rose 11.3 percent to Rs 28.59 crore. For the first half, revenue rose 12.6 percent to Rs 451.87 crore and net profit rose 52.6 percent to Rs 72.95 crore. Operating cash flow reached Rs 77.55 crore. The auditors reported no material concern.
Higher first-half profit, cash flow and margins are supportive, though quarterly profit growth was modest and revenue growth stayed in the low teens.
