On the reaction day the stock moved 3.5 pts less than its Pharmaceuticals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Board approved unaudited September 2026 results. Consolidated revenue rose 28.2% in the quarter to Rs313.37 crore and 32.5% in the half-year to Rs598.94 crore. Net profit rose 86.6% to Rs53.34 crore in the quarter and 43.5% to Rs104.71 crore in the half-year. Standalone operating cash flow was negative Rs7.90 crore; standalone half-year profit included a Rs41.09 crore exceptional gain. Anupam Rasayan took control on September 28.
Strong growth may support the stock, but an exceptional gain and negative standalone cash flow weaken earnings quality. New owner may affect strategy.
