BLS E-Services' board met on August 4, 2025, and approved unaudited Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) results. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations jumped to Rs 24,398.79 lakhs (vs Rs 7,535.03 lakhs in Q1 FY25) and net profit rose to Rs 1,752.18 lakhs (vs Rs 1,263.64 lakhs), with EPS of Rs 1.62. However, the comparison is not like-for-like because the company acquired a 57% stake in Aadifidelis Solutions (ASPL) in November 2024. On a standalone basis, revenue grew about 27% YoY to Rs 1,488.66 lakhs, but standalone net profit fell sharply to Rs 388.61 lakhs from Rs 659.21 lakhs. The board also fixed September 15, 2025 for the 9th AGM (via video conferencing) and approved the re-appointment of Mr. Rahul Sharma as Executive Director for 3 years from June 26, 2026.
Consolidated numbers look very strong, but the big jump is largely driven by the ASPL acquisition rather than organic growth, so investors should watch standalone trends. The sharp standalone profit decline and compressed consolidated margins on the new mix are points to track, even as overall revenue scale and profitability have expanded.
