BLS E-Services' board met on May 14, 2025 and approved audited standalone and consolidated results for Q4 and FY25. Consolidated revenue jumped to Rs. 519.35 crore in FY25 from Rs. 301.48 crore in FY24, with net profit rising to Rs. 58.81 crore from Rs. 33.54 crore (about 75% growth), supported by the November 2024 acquisition of Aadifidelis Solutions. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1 per share (10% on face value of Rs. 10), totaling about Rs. 9.09 crore, subject to shareholder approval. Company Secretary Sameer Kumar resigned with effect from May 13, 2025, and Neha Baid was appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from May 14, 2025. New internal auditors and secretarial auditors were also appointed for FY26 and beyond.
The strong FY25 earnings growth and a modest 10% final dividend are positives for shareholders, though the payout is small in absolute terms. The leadership change at the Company Secretary level is routine and unlikely to affect operations.
