Consolidated Q2 revenue jumped to Rs 269.75 cr from Rs 77.16 cr YoY, driven by the November 2024 ASPL acquisition. Consolidated PAT rose 23% to Rs 18.28 cr; H1 PAT grew 30% to Rs 35.80 cr. Standalone was weaker, with Q2 PAT falling 42% to Rs 4.98 cr. Operating cash flow stayed negative at negative Rs 13.67 cr in H1. Prior period figures restated after purchase price allocation completion; results are not comparable YoY.
Mixed results: strong top-line from ASPL acquisition, but standalone profits down 42%, OCF still negative, and YoY figures restated. Not comparable.
