On the reaction day the stock moved 3.1 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.8 pts less than its IT Enabled Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q2 FY27 revenue rose 57.3% year on year to Rs 424.4 crore. EBITDA was Rs 32.4 crore, up 23.4%, and PAT was Rs 20.5 crore, up 12.4%; EBITDA margin fell to 7.6% from 9.5%. H1 revenue rose 41.8% to Rs 728.5 crore and PAT rose 9.4% to Rs 39.2 crore. BLS bought all of Atyati Technologies for Rs 157 crore.
Strong revenue and profit growth is positive, but margin compression and Atyati integration are key points for investors to watch.
