On the reaction day the stock moved 5.7 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 5.2 pts less than its IT Enabled Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
BLS E-Services has completed its 1:2 stock split. Each equity share of face value Rs 10 has been split into 2 shares of Rs 5. New shares have been credited to demat accounts under new ISIN INE0NLT01028, effective October 7, 2026. Paid-up share count doubled to 18.17 crore shares while total capital stays unchanged at Rs 90.86 crore.
Shareholders now hold twice as many shares at half the price. Total value unchanged, but lower price may improve liquidity and retail participation.
