BLS International gets ICRA AA-/A1+ rating, a notch above existing CRISIL grades

ICRA assigned BLS International a long-term rating of AA- (Stable) and short-term rating of A1+, covering Rs 300 crore of instruments. Both grades are one notch above the companys existing CRISIL A+ and A1 ratings, and mark ICRA's first credit assessment of BLS. Revenue grew from Rs 850 crore in FY22 to Rs 2,998 crore in FY26, a CAGR of about 37%. FY26 PAT was Rs 723.8 crore with cash and liquid investments of Rs 1,667 crore and a net cash position of about Rs 1,218 crore.
