BLS International's board approved audited consolidated and standalone results for FY25. Consolidated revenue from operations grew about 31% to Rs 2,19,330 lakhs (from Rs 1,67,681 lakhs in FY24), while consolidated profit after tax rose roughly 66% to Rs 53,965 lakhs (from Rs 32,562 lakhs), pushing EPS to Rs 12.34 versus Rs 7.60. Both Visa & Consular Services and Digital Services segments posted strong revenue and profit growth, helped by five acquisitions made during the year (including Citizenship Invest in UAE, iData in Turkey, and stakes in SLW Media and Aadifidelis). The board also recommended a final dividend of Rs 1 per share (100% on face value), subject to shareholder approval, and appointed new secretarial and internal auditors, a new independent director, and re-constituted board committees.
Strong double-digit revenue and earnings growth, a clean (unmodified) audit opinion, and a Rs 1 per share dividend are positive signals for shareholders. Investors should note a couple of emphasis-of-matter points from the auditor, including an old Punjab government contract termination affecting two small subsidiaries and ongoing UAE tax compliance matters, though these are not qualifications and management believes going concern is unaffected.
