Blue Chip India Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, approved at a board meeting held on February 12, 2026. The company reported a net loss of approximately Rs. 16.03 lakh for Q3 FY26, sharply wider than the Rs. 2.61 lakh loss in Q3 FY25. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the loss widened to around Rs. 36.68 lakh versus Rs. 8.38 lakh in the corresponding period last year. The full-year FY25 (audited) had ended with a much larger loss of about Rs. 274.25 lakh. The statutory auditors (Agarwal Sanganeria & Co.) issued a Limited Review Report drawing attention to Note 3, where unquoted equity shares held as inventory were valued at cost rather than fair value, with the impact on results described as not ascertainable. No exceptional items were recorded in the quarter.
Continued and widening losses, together with an auditor emphasis of matter on inventory valuation, are negative signals for shareholders. The lack of clarity on fair value of unquoted equity holdings may concern investors, and the stock could see pressure given deteriorating profitability.
