Bluechip Tex Industries, a polyester texturised yarn manufacturer, reported Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of ₹5,419.38 lakhs, down about 11% from ₹6,097.63 lakhs in the same quarter last year. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue fell roughly 13.5% YoY to ₹16,722.35 lakhs (vs ₹19,325.03 lakhs). The company continued to post a loss, but the loss narrowed significantly — Q3 loss after tax was just ₹1.25 lakhs (vs ₹11.40 lakhs YoY), and the nine-month loss shrank to ₹85.94 lakhs from ₹93.68 lakhs. Basic and diluted EPS for Q3 was ₹(0.06) versus ₹(0.58) a year ago. Auditor DKP & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
Soft top-line continues to pressure the company, but sharply narrowing losses and very small Q3 deficit suggest cost discipline is helping stabilize operations. Persistent losses and declining revenue remain a concern for shareholders, though the trajectory is improving rather than worsening.
