Blue Cloud Softech Solutions reported audited results for Q4 and FY25 with revenue and profits more than doubling year-on-year. Standalone revenue rose to Rs 50,203 lakhs (from Rs 20,438 lakhs), a jump of about 146%, while standalone profit after tax surged to Rs 3,666 lakhs (from Rs 574 lakhs). On a consolidated basis, revenue grew to Rs 79,686 lakhs (from Rs 50,219 lakhs) and PAT rose to Rs 4,427 lakhs (from Rs 1,608 lakhs). The statutory auditor JMT & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The company also incorporated a new wholly-owned Singapore subsidiary in October 2024 and completed a 1:1 share split (from Rs 2 to Rs 1 face value) during the quarter.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth signals a major scale-up in operations, likely positive for the stock. However, investors should note that standalone operating cash flow turned negative (Rs -334 lakhs vs Rs +155 lakhs last year) and trade receivables ballooned sharply to Rs 15,080 lakhs, meaning most of the reported profit has not yet been collected in cash. Despite the clean audit, working-capital strain and negative operating cash flow are red flags worth monitoring.
