Blue Cloud Softech Solutions reported strong Q2 FY26 results. Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs 16,766.40 lakhs in Q2, up about 38% from Rs 12,138.39 lakhs in Q2 FY25; H1 revenue grew to Rs 32,204.31 lakhs versus Rs 22,785.85 lakhs, a 41% jump. Standalone profit after tax climbed to Rs 1,364.70 lakhs in Q2 (vs Rs 856.93 lakhs) and Rs 2,693.77 lakhs for H1 (vs Rs 1,630.78 lakhs), up roughly 59% and 65% YoY respectively. On a consolidated basis, Q2 revenue grew to Rs 25,291.91 lakhs and H1 revenue dipped slightly to Rs 45,896.71 lakhs, while consolidated PAT rose 36-37% to Rs 1,541.86 lakhs (Q2) and Rs 2,981.06 lakhs (H1). EBITDA margins expanded meaningfully year-on-year. The statutory auditor (JMT & Associates) issued an unmodified review report, and no exceptional items or restatements were noted. Trade payables fell sharply and operating cash flow turned positive on a consolidated basis.
Strong top-line growth on standalone basis and broad-based margin expansion point to healthy operating momentum, which is positive for shareholders; however, consolidated revenue was flat-to-slightly-down, EPS dipped versus the prior year (likely from equity dilution), and cash balances declined, so investors should watch growth durability and cash conversion.
