Blue Jet Healthcare reported a sharp year-on-year decline in the December 2025 quarter, with revenue from operations falling about 39.5% to ₹1,924.14 million (from ₹3,183.82 million in Q3 FY25). Profit after tax for the quarter dropped roughly 59% to ₹401.66 million, and EPS came in at ₹2.32 versus ₹5.71 a year earlier. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue grew modestly by about 3.4% to ₹7,126.53 million, but profit after tax slipped around 6% to ₹1,834.73 million. Sequentially, however, the company showed improvement with Q3 revenue up about 16% over Q2 FY26. The statutory auditor KKC & Associates LLP issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
The steep Q3 YoY fall in both revenue and profits, combined with visible margin compression, is a negative signal for the stock despite a sequential recovery and stable full-year run-rate. Investors should watch for management commentary on the cause of the Q3 slowdown and whether the trend reverses in Q4.
