Blue Jet Healthcare has allotted 15,810,276 equity shares at Rs 506 each through a Qualified Institutions Placement, raising Rs 800 crore. The issue price included a 4.83 percent discount to the floor price. Major allottees include Shamyak Investment at 34.38 percent and ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund schemes clubbed together at 33.75 percent. Paid-up equity capital rose to Rs 37.86 crore from Rs 34.69 crore after the allotment.
About 8.3 percent equity dilution from QIP. Strong marquee MF participation is positive, but 4.83 percent floor price discount suggests cautious pricing.
