Blue Pearl Agriventures Ltd reported Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of ₹1,358.38 lakhs, up about 33% from ₹1,022.87 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue grew to ₹3,780.93 lakhs from ₹2,384.75 lakhs a year earlier, a jump of roughly 58%. However, profit after tax fell to ₹28.13 lakhs in Q3 FY26 versus ₹36.81 lakhs in Q3 FY25, and to ₹82.47 lakhs for 9M FY26 versus ₹98.51 lakhs in 9M FY25, as cost of purchases and changes in stock-in-trade ate into margins. The statutory auditors (Shweta Jain & Co LLP) issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter. The company operates in a single segment – trading – and the results are on a standalone, unaudited basis.
Strong top-line growth is positive for the stock, but the simultaneous fall in PAT signals margin pressure and weaker profitability per rupee of sales – shareholders should watch whether margin recovery follows the revenue ramp-up.
