Blue Star's board approved audited consolidated FY25 results with revenue from operations of Rs 11,967.65 crore, up 23.6% from Rs 9,685.36 crore in FY24. Consolidated profit after tax rose 42.7% to Rs 591.28 crore (FY24: Rs 414.31 crore), with EPS at Rs 28.76 vs Rs 20.77. Q4 revenue grew to Rs 4,018.96 crore with PAT of Rs 194 crore. Operating margin expanded to 7.32% from 6.87%, and net profit margin improved to 4.91% from 4.26%. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 9 per share (up from Rs 7 last year) on equity shares of Rs 2 face value. Statutory auditors Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. Operating cash flow improved sharply to Rs 688.07 crore from Rs 289.22 crore. FY25 results include an exceptional item of Rs 12.51 crore from a property sale by a wholly-owned subsidiary.
Strong double-digit revenue growth, margin expansion, and a higher dividend signal robust operational performance, likely to be viewed positively by shareholders. Clean audit opinion and improving cash flows further support investor confidence.
