Blue Star's Q1 FY27 (ended June 30, 2026) consolidated revenue rose to ₹3,377.92 cr from ₹2,982.25 cr (up 13.3% YoY), but profit fell to ₹102.51 cr from ₹120.82 cr (down 15.2%). Standalone PAT dropped to ₹69.36 cr from ₹108.56 cr. Operating margin compressed to 5.18% from 6.71%. Includes ₹9.17 cr exceptional gain from property sale. Board also appointed Mr Nikhilesh Panchal as Independent Director for 5 years.
Mixed quarter - revenue growth is positive but margin compression and profit decline may concern investors. New Independent Director adds governance depth.
