Bluspring Enterprises' board approved its first audited financial results as a newly listed company (listed on BSE/NSE on June 11, 2025). The company was formed via a Composite Scheme of Arrangement (demerger) from Quess Corp Limited, approved by NCLT on March 17, 2025, with an appointed date of April 1, 2024. On a standalone basis, FY25 revenue from operations stood at INR 23,224 million, but the company reported a loss of INR 825 million (EPS: -INR 5.54), impacted by exceptional items of INR 944 million including impairment of investment in Terrier Security Services and demerger-related expenses. On a consolidated basis, FY25 revenue was INR 34,836 million with a loss of INR 1,791 million (EPS: -INR 11.55) and exceptional items of INR 1,680 million including goodwill impairment.
