Bluspring Enterprises, recently demerged from Quess Corp and listed on BSE/NSE on June 11, 2025, filed its first quarterly results as a listed company for Q1 FY26. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹7,972.30 million, up about 10% year-on-year from ₹7,234.23 million in Q1 FY25 but marginally lower than the ₹8,015.06 million reported for Q4 FY25. The company slipped into a loss of ₹71.54 million (EPS of ₹0.32 loss), compared to a marginal profit of ₹0.09 million in the year-ago quarter, hurt by exceptional demerger expenses of ₹12.71 million. On a standalone basis, the company reported a small profit of ₹12.99 million versus ₹64.83 million last year. The statutory auditor, Deloitte Haskins and Sells, issued an unqualified review conclusion on both the standalone and consolidated results.
The first quarter as a listed entity shows the company moving into losses on a consolidated basis, despite healthy revenue growth, which may concern investors watching near-term profitability. However, the appointment of Deloitte as statutory auditor and the strong top-line growth provide some comfort on governance and business momentum.
