On the reaction day the stock moved 1.8 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.5 pts less than its Diversified Commercial Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Bluspring Enterprises reported Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 8,625.30 million, up about 9% YoY. Nine-month revenue rose 10% to Rs 25,172.36 million. Net loss narrowed sharply to Rs 232.34 million in Q3 and Rs 268.67 million for nine months, from Rs 1,581.26 million and Rs 1,563.32 million a year ago. Results included exceptional item of Rs 298.88 million linked to new Labour Code provisions on gratuity and leave liabilities. Board also approved ESOS 2026 covering 54.34 lakh options (3.65% of paid-up capital) at face value, subject to shareholder approval.
Revenue growth and sharply lower losses are positive; ESOP at face value is mildly dilutive for existing shareholders.
