BMW Industries Ltd reported audited FY2026 results with standalone revenue of Rs 66,407.42 lakh (up ~6% from Rs 62,671.28 lakh). Standalone PAT grew 8.3% to Rs 8,163.37 lakh from Rs 7,536.89 lakh. EPS improved to Rs 3.63 from Rs 3.35. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.43 per share (43% on face value of Re 1). Statutory auditors Lodha & Co issued unmodified (clean) opinions on both standalone and consolidated results. Prior year figures were restated due to amalgamation of two subsidiaries (BMW Iron & Steel Industries Ltd and Nippon Cryo Pvt Ltd) effective April 1, 2024. Income tax demands of Rs 310.68 lakh remain pending in appeals. Borrowings reduced significantly from Rs 20,740 lakh to Rs 7,959 lakh.
The company delivered steady profit growth with a clean audit and significantly deleveraged its balance sheet. Shareholders will receive a modest dividend. Tax disputes remain a minor contingent liability.
