BMW Ventures approved unaudited results for the quarter and half year ended September 2025. Half-year revenue was Rs 986.44 crore versus Rs 992.28 crore, while profit rose 8.7 percent to Rs 15.14 crore. September-quarter profit rose 12.4 percent to Rs 7.11 crore on 6.2 percent revenue growth. Operating cash flow was Rs 10.05 crore. Earnings per share fell from Rs 2.20 to Rs 1.75 as the share count rose. Review found no material problems.
Profit and cash flow improved, but lower half-year revenue, higher borrowings and a 37 percent larger share count may weigh on the stock.
