BN Agrochem reported a strong turnaround in Q3 FY26 (ended Dec 31, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations for the quarter surged to Rs 6,878.58 lacs from Rs 2,562.89 lacs in the year-ago quarter. Standalone profit after tax for the quarter stood at Rs 74.76 lacs, while for the nine-month period it swung to a profit of Rs 1,891.88 lacs versus a loss of Rs 875.06 lacs in the same period last year. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations for the quarter was Rs 79,271.80 lacs and nine-month PAT was Rs 3,122.20 lacs versus a loss of Rs 248.85 lacs earlier. Full-year FY25 had reported a standalone loss of Rs 5,963.13 lacs, making this a significant recovery. Statutory auditors JSMG & Associates issued a limited review report with an un-modified (clean) opinion on both sets of results.
The shift from a sizeable FY25 loss to a healthy nine-month profit, combined with sharply higher revenue, signals a clear operational turnaround for shareholders. The clean auditor opinion removes near-term governance concerns, though investors should watch whether revenue growth and margins sustain through Q4.
