BNR Udyog Ltd's board approved unaudited financial results for Q3 FY26 and the nine months ended December 31, 2025. Revenue from operations for 9M FY26 fell to Rs. 125.21 lakhs from Rs. 162.00 lakhs in 9M FY25, a decline of about 23%. Q3 FY26 revenue at Rs. 62.35 lakhs was higher than Rs. 56.84 lakhs in Q3 FY25, driven by stronger business & services segment revenue. The company posted a loss before tax of Rs. 24.24 lakhs in Q3 FY26 and Rs. 4.55 lakhs for 9M FY26, versus losses of Rs. 66.28 lakhs and Rs. 18.32 lakhs in the corresponding prior-year periods. EPS was negative at Rs. (0.81) for Q3 and Rs. (0.15) for 9M FY26. The statutory auditor issued a clean (unqualified) limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
The company remains loss-making with shrinking nine-month revenue, but losses have narrowed compared to last year and Q3 showed sequential improvement in top line. Small-cap, illiquid stock — investors should monitor whether revenue recovery and cost rationalisation translate into a return to profitability in subsequent quarters.
