BNR Udyog's Board approved audited results for Q4 and FY25 along with an unqualified auditor opinion from Laxminiwas & Co. FY25 was a sharp reversal — total income fell to Rs. 166.65 lakhs from Rs. 723.72 lakhs last year, driven by a collapse in the Financial Activities segment and a Rs. 100.81 lakh loss on fair value changes in shares. The company swung from a Rs. 444.57 lakh profit in FY24 to a Rs. 54.84 lakh loss in FY25, with EPS turning negative at (Rs. 1.83). Q4 alone posted negative revenue from operations of Rs. 6.90 lakhs and a Rs. 36.52 lakh loss. The Board also appointed new Secretarial and Internal Auditors, re-appointed the MD and Executive Director, and fixed the AGM for 22 July 2025.
Shareholders should note a steep earnings deterioration: revenue nearly halved, the company slipped into a loss, and operating cash flow turned sharply negative at Rs. (287.44) lakhs, draining cash balances from Rs. 281.19 lakhs to just Rs. 4.10 lakhs. This raises concerns about near-term liquidity and the sustainability of operations despite the clean audit opinion.
