BNR Udyog reported its Q3 FY26 (Oct-Dec 2025) and nine-month FY26 results. Quarterly revenue from operations jumped to ₹62.35 lakh, sharply up from ₹10.93 lakh in the previous quarter and slightly higher than ₹56.84 lakh in Q3 FY25. However, nine-month revenue declined roughly 23% year-on-year to ₹125.21 lakh versus ₹162 lakh a year earlier. The company posted a net loss of ₹24.24 lakh in Q3 (vs ₹66.28 lakh loss in Q3 FY25) and narrowed its nine-month loss to ₹4.55 lakh from ₹18.32 lakh. Both operating segments — Financial Activities and Business Support Services — remained loss-making. EPS stood at ₹(0.81) for Q3 and ₹(0.15) for nine months. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) limited review report.
Despite a narrower year-on-year loss, the company remains in the red with declining nine-month revenue, signalling continued operational weakness and limited near-term catalysts for shareholders.
