Board approves Q1 FY27 results, AGM on 16 Sept 2026

Board approved Q1 FY27 unaudited results with revenue of Rs 2,513.57 lakhs. Auditor DPV and Associates gave a clean limited review report. The 47th AGM is set for 16 Sept 2026 with book closure 9-16 Sept. Board reviewed related party transactions including royalty to Mr Saatvik Goyal (over 10 percent shareholder) and factory land lease to Mrs Durgadevi Goyal. Overdraft facility with City Union Bank raised from Rs 13 cr to Rs 16 cr. GST show-cause notice for FY 2022-23 and 2023-24 was noted.
