The company swung to a profit after tax of Rs 3.91 lakhs from a loss of Rs 46.89 lakhs year-ago. EPS was 0.01 versus negative 0.06. Auditor issued an unmodified limited review report. Board also approved shifting the registered office from Delhi to Ahmedabad, Gujarat, subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot.
