Board approves Valuer, Statutory Auditor, and Secretarial Auditor appointments

The Board of Raajmarg Infra Investment Managers, acting as Investment Manager to Raajmarg Infra Investment Trust, approved key appointments on 24 June 2026. RBSA Valuation Advisors LLP was named Valuer for FY 2026-27. A.R. and Co. was appointed Statutory Auditor for FY 2026-27. Puneet and Associates was appointed Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. All appointments remain subject to Unitholders approval.
