Auditor issued a Disclaimer of Opinion citing CIRP, non-verifiable opening balances, missing books, and going concern uncertainty. Loss of Rs 1,538.75 lakhs (EPS minus Rs 15.35) driven by exceptional items of Rs 1,522.74 lakhs from write-offs. Net worth negative at Rs 237.32 lakhs. Company was acquired by new management post NCLT-approved Resolution Plan in June 2025. JJ Patel appointed new Statutory Auditor for FY27.
