IndiGrid Investment Managers (acting as Investment Manager to IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust) has called a Board meeting on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27), and to declare income distribution to unitholders. If approved, the Record Date for the distribution is fixed at August 17, 2026.
