Bodal Chemicals Q2 FY26 consolidated revenue rose 11% year-on-year to Rs 480.45 crore; H1 revenue at Rs 934.66 crore, up 9%. PAT jumped sharply to Rs 5.99 crore in Q2 and Rs 15.53 crore for H1 versus about Rs 0.99 crore last year. Profits were lifted by Rs 17.89 crore from sale of closed Units II and III and a Rs 4.71 crore insurance payout for a prior fire at Unit 7. An exceptional Rs 30 lakh fire loss was booked. Results include hyperinflation adjustments for the Turkish subsidiary.
Strong profit growth driven mainly by one-time asset sale gains; underlying operating performance was modest with finance costs near Rs 20 crore a quarter.
