On the reaction day the stock moved 3.5 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Board approved Q2 and H1 FY26 unaudited results. Consolidated revenue grew 11 percent YoY to Rs 4,805 million in Q2. PAT swung to Rs 60 million (Q2) and Rs 155 million (H1) from losses last year, lifted by one-time profits of Rs 107 million and Rs 72 million from selling closed Unit II and Unit III at Vatva. Standalone EPS rose to 0.33 from 0.05. A residual Rs 0.30 million fire-related loss was booked as exceptional item. Operating cash flow remained positive at Rs 779 million.
Profit jump is largely from selling idle units, not core business. Underlying operational improvement is modest. Watch for sustainability of earnings.
