On the reaction day the stock moved 1.5 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.7 pts less than its Entertainment peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The board has approved raising up to Rs 200 crore through a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP). The eligible securities may include equity shares, non-convertible debt instruments with warrants and other convertible securities. Pricing, issue size, timing and use of proceeds are yet to be finalised and will need shareholder approval at an upcoming EGM.
Possible equity dilution once the QIP is launched; terms and pricing are not yet decided and shareholder approval is still pending.
