Bodhtree Consulting reported a strong turnaround in Q2 FY26 with income from operations of ₹358.12 lakhs, up about 175% from ₹130.08 lakhs in Q2 FY25. For the half year, operating income jumped to ₹549.15 lakhs from ₹138.93 lakhs in H1 FY25 (nearly 4x growth). The company swung to a net profit of ₹42.16 lakhs in Q2 (from a loss of ₹72.21 lakhs) and ₹72.97 lakhs for H1 (from a loss of ₹160.91 lakhs), giving EPS of ₹0.32 for H1 vs a loss per share of ₹0.94 a year ago. The company also completed a ₹14.07 crore rights issue in July 2025 (46.92 lakh shares at ₹30), boosting cash and equivalents to ₹13.98 crores. However, operating cash flow remained negative at ₹(179.01) lakhs for H1 FY26, worse than ₹(111.85) lakhs in H1 FY25. Additionally, the board approved a vendor change on the ₹5.40 crore product project (saving ~30% cost) and appointed a new Company Secretary.
A sharp revenue surge and return to profitability are positive signals for shareholders, supported by the recently raised rights issue capital. However, the continued negative operating cash flow and the vendor switch on the key product project warrant close monitoring on execution.
