Board approved Q1 FY27 unaudited results. Revenue from operations rose to 410.80 cr from 377.84 cr YoY. However, PAT fell to 7 cr from 13.76 cr, down about 49 percent, hit by higher expenses from new real estate project THREE ICC. Other expenses surged to 184.45 cr from 85.65 cr. Polyester segment revenue slipped slightly to 350.79 cr. Real Estate segment booked 42.05 cr revenue for the first time as THREE ICC was launched this quarter. Board also re-appointed Mr. Rajnesh Datt as Manager for 2 years from Feb 2027.
Mixed results: revenue up but profit nearly halved on new project launch costs. THREE ICC ramp-up may support future earnings.
