Bombay Dyeing Q1 FY27 (June 2026): Revenue from operations rose to Rs 410.80 cr from Rs 377.84 cr year-on-year. However, profit after tax fell sharply to Rs 7 cr from Rs 13.76 cr. Total expenses surged as other expenses nearly doubled to Rs 184.45 cr due to its new THREE ICC real estate project which launched this quarter. Polyester segment turned profitable at Rs 8.14 cr versus a loss earlier. Real estate posted a Rs 12.94 cr loss as project just started. EPS stood at Rs 0.34. Board also re-appointed Mr. Rajnesh Datt as Manager for two more years from Feb 2027.
Revenue growth is positive but margins are under pressure from heavy real estate project launch costs. Watch profitability trend.
