Short-term borrowings rose to Rs 106.60 crore from Rs 91.80 crore. Operating cash flow remained negative at Rs 15.80 crore, though improved from negative Rs 31.12 crore in the prior year. The internal auditor noted that internal audit system needs strengthening.
Revenue grew strongly by 34% but profit grew only marginally due to higher costs and working capital needs. The company maintained an unqualified audit opinion but faces cash flow and inventory challenges. Shareholders should note that while revenue growth is healthy, bottom-line expansion is minimal and cash burn continues.
