Bombay Talkies Limited's Board approved unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Total operating income for Q3 FY26 was just ₹1.52 lakhs, sharply lower than ₹3.43 lakhs in the previous quarter and ₹4.34 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine-month period, total income fell to ₹13.05 lakhs from ₹15.97 lakhs in the same period last year, an 18% YoY decline. The company reported a net loss of ₹3.35 lakhs in Q3 FY26 and ₹13.11 lakhs for 9M FY26, both wider than the ₹2.31 lakh and ₹10.33 lakh losses reported in the comparable prior-year periods. Total expenses of ₹26.16 lakhs for 9M FY26 continued to exceed total income by a wide margin. The statutory auditors (Rajesh U Shah & Associates) issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications. Reserves remain negative at ₹(55.48) lakhs against paid-up equity capital of ₹540 lakhs.
Sharply declining revenue and widening losses, against the backdrop of already negative reserves, signal serious operational stress for shareholders. The stock is likely to remain under pressure unless the company demonstrates a clear turnaround or revenue traction.
