Bonlon Industries will start trading on NSE from Friday, February 20, 2026, under the symbol 'BONLON', adding NSE as a second exchange to its existing BSE listing. A total of 1,41,83,358 equity shares of Rs. 10 each (representing the entire paid-up equity capital) will be admitted to dealing on NSE. The shares will initially be available only in the Trade-for-Trade (T-for-T) segment until further notice. The company cited broader investor base, improved liquidity and stronger visibility as reasons for the dual listing. Several promoter/allottee tranches carry lock-ins expiring on March 31, 2026, meaning a meaningful chunk of shares could become freely tradable shortly after listing.
Retail investors gain an additional, deeper platform to buy and sell BONLON shares, which may improve liquidity over time; however, being in the T-for-T segment means only delivery-based trades initially, and multiple lock-in expiries on March 31, 2026 could increase share supply and add short-term price pressure.
