Bonlon Industries' Board, meeting on 14 November 2025, approved unaudited results for Q2 and H1 FY26 (ended 30 September 2025). Total assets on a standalone basis grew to about Rs 160.8 crore from Rs 128.4 crore at March 2025, while equity rose modestly to Rs 83.1 crore from Rs 81.6 crore. However, cash and bank balances collapsed to just Rs 22.9 lakh from Rs 14.9 crore, and trade receivables jumped sharply to Rs 64.7 crore from Rs 36.8 crore. The H1 cash flow shows operating cash turned sharply negative at minus Rs 10.9 crore (standalone) and minus Rs 12.6 crore (consolidated), compared with positive Rs 15.7 crore a year ago. Current borrowings increased to Rs 32.6 crore from Rs 27.1 crore. The auditor (Gaur & Associates) issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
While the auditor's review is clean and the balance sheet is bigger, shareholders should note the steep swing to negative operating cash flow and a near-empty cash pile, funded partly by higher short-term borrowings – a sign of working-capital strain that could pressure liquidity in coming quarters.
