Bonlon Industries Ltd reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue from operations of ₹12,824.91 lakhs, down 7.3% from ₹13,838.14 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the 9-month period, however, revenue grew about 15% YoY to ₹55,054.61 lakhs. Standalone net profit for Q3 came in at ₹60.68 lakhs versus ₹94.16 lakhs last year, and 9M net profit slipped to ₹204.88 lakhs from ₹226.40 lakhs. On a consolidated basis (including subsidiary SHV Industries), Q3 net profit was ₹47.96 lakhs and 9M net profit was ₹181.25 lakhs with EPS of ₹1.89. Operating margins remained extremely thin, with Q3 PBT at just ₹81.67 lakhs on ₹12,874.15 lakhs of total income. The auditor (Gaur & Associates) issued a clean, unqualified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
The quarter saw a YoY revenue decline and continued margin pressure, but the 9-month picture is more positive with double-digit revenue growth, suggesting Q3 weakness may be timing/seasonality related. Shareholders may view the thin margins and previous quarter's loss as a watchpoint, though the clean audit opinion and ongoing revenue growth provide some comfort.
