Q2 FY27 revenue was Rs 13,820.13 lakh, up 44.71% year on year, while EBITDA margin fell to 18.36% from 25.63% in Q1. PAT was Rs 1,615.96 lakh, with an 11.69% margin. H1 revenue rose 35.44% to Rs 23,904.03 lakh and PAT rose 13.04% to Rs 3,263.95 lakh. Delayed POY imports caused 30% to 40% higher sourcing costs on pre-booked orders. Borana plans 384 looms for December 2026 and March 2027 and a 19.79 MW solar-wind project.
