Board approved Q1 FY27 results. Standalone revenue rose to Rs 99.90 cr from Rs 89.01 cr YoY, about 12 percent growth. Standalone PAT jumped to Rs 6.84 cr from Rs 0.46 cr (base quarter had a Rs 6.61 cr one-time VRS charge). Consolidated revenue was Rs 106.75 cr with PAT of Rs 4.36 cr versus a loss of Rs 4.21 cr. Scientific segment led at Rs 59.83 cr revenue. Glassware segment swung to profit. Board cleared ESOP amendments to allow secondary share acquisition through a trust route and raise the discount cap from 10 to 20 percent, subject to shareholder and other approvals.
Strong profit recovery on revenue growth and absent prior-year VRS charge. ESOP changes may cause dilution pending shareholder approval.
