Borosil Scientific reported Q2 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 99.5 crore (up 13.8% YoY) with PAT of Rs 7.5 crore. H1 standalone PAT fell 43.6% YoY to Rs 8 crore due to a Rs 6.6 crore one-time VRS charge at the Nashik plant. Consolidated H1 revenue declined 2.3% YoY and the company swung to a consolidated loss of Rs 1.4 crore, largely dragged by subsidiary Goel Scientific Glass Works which posted a Rs 9.1 crore loss in H1.
Consolidated results weakened on subsidiary drag and one-time VRS cost; standalone operations stayed profitable with steady revenue growth.
